A big effort but a wonderful result with gooseberry jam. We picked four and a half kilos which made 19 jars of delicious jam. The only problem is that there are about 20 more kilos to go!
The huge saucepan is full of Boeuf bourgignon for our fetes de voisin, or street party which we are hosting tomorrow in our courtyard.
The gooseberry jam is fantastic - none of our friends can escape a jar!
